When I exercise, I like to sweat. And I mean really sweat, as in my whole exercise tee would be drenched with sweat. It sort of give me the impression that only when I sweat this much that the workout session is truly busting out the toxins through these sweats!
I tried yoga when I was in my early twenties for the sake of my lungs. My lungs are lovely, but they are not as healthy as it should be. So I thought to give it some work out by going for yoga = deep breathing = better lungs. The first type of yoga I tried was Hatha yoga. I went on to try other various types, and I finally found the yoga that I like about four, five years ago. It's yoga in a hot room. Mine, I can't tell you how much I sweat. The sweat comes in torrent, and it feels really good.
I found Bikram yoga two years ago and love it. I like knowing what is the next pose and the pose are comfortable. I do not have a super flexible body, and some most of the time, I am not able to curl like a snake. The heat helps to improve my flexibility.
