When I was a little girl, mom told me to leave the needles alone. She said that for my own good; she came from a generation that believed to make a good living, you need to have the right papers. And to have that paper, the time should be better spend working on my grades.
I did not exactly graduate with top grades though I still get my paper. Probably because I was still crafting away behind my mother's back :) Besides crocheting, I learn how to sew and I am a big fan of mosaic art. I love, love craft.

I am not a master; I enjoy using my hands to put the pieces together. I love making utility pieces that can be incorporated into daily lives. I did not make tons of big money, but I think I did alright with my work. Nowadays, I leave bringing back the dough to my wonderful husband, while I try to craft a piece that Mom agrees with :)
